The SARI Enterprise Empowerment Program (SEEP) is SARI's enterprise development initiative. It equips young people and women in Ghana and across Africa with the skills, tools and support to build businesses that last, within the tourism, cultural and creative economy. SEEP strengthens tourism linked micro and small enterprises across cultural heritage, creative industries, agritourism, hospitality services and sustainable local production, with a special focus on rural and peri urban communities. Through entrepreneurship training, financial literacy, business formalization support and incubation, SEEP helps participants manage their finances, strengthen their operations and access new markets, while connecting them to tourism value chains and strategic partners. Our goal is to build a pipeline of resilient, youth and women led enterprises that contribute to sustainable tourism growth, local job creation and inclusive economic development.

Objectives

1. To promote gender equality and develop youth and women led enterprises within the tourism and cultural value chain.

2. To eliminate poverty and strengthen entrepreneurship, financial literacy and business management for sustainable tourism linked businesses.

3. To support small businesses to formalize and access finance, markets and growth opportunities.

4. To improve incubation and scaling opportunities for micro and small tourism enterprises.

5. To promote inclusive economic participation through enterprise development in underserved communities.
