The SARI Enterprise Empowerment Program (SEEP) aims to empower Ghana and Africa’s small-scale entrepreneurs, especially women and youth in tourism-adjacent sectors like culture and creative arts, agritourism businesses, and sustainable products. SEEP also empowers rural and peri-urban communities and enterprises, leveraging sustainable tourism for economic growth.

The SARI Enterprise Empowerment Program (SEEP) seeks to empower over 1000 young women and youth in Ghana and across Africa, through entrepreneurship education, financial literacy training, business incubation support, and access to startup resources. Targeting women and youths aged 18-35, especially in rural and peri-urban communities. The initiative aims to foster economic independence, social integration, and long-term resilience among highly vulnerable groups facing limited employment opportunities and social mobility.

Objectives:

  1.  To promote tourism and its offset enterprises for sustainable economic growth.

  2. To enhance access to entrepreneurship education and financial literacy for young women and youths in marginalized communities.

  3. To promote social and professional integration through the development of micro and small enterprises.

  4. To strengthen the resilience and rights of vulnerable women by facilitating economic empowerment and self-sufficiency.
